6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftLabs' liability is limited as follows:

Maximum Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim, or €1,000, whichever is greater.

Excluded Damages

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

11. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the intended effect.

12. Terms Modification Policy

SwiftLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through:
